We accept several forms of payment. In fact, we’re one of the few agencies that allow you to pay for a car rental or van rental with a debit card or cash. We accept all of the following:
- Cash
- Debit Card
- Visa
- American Express
- Discover
- Mastercard
Renters and any additional drivers must be at least 23 years old.
All renters and drivers must have a valid Ohio driver’s license. We don’t accept out-of-state licenses at this time. And, unfortunately, we are unable to rent to someone with a suspended license—even if the person has driving privileges.
Since we aren’t licensed insurance agents, we can’t sell you insurance. If you don’t already have a licensed agent, we can recommend one to you. Local agencies offer minimum-coverage insurance for as little as $30–$40 per month.
Taxes, fees, and other charges will be listed on the contract, and a representative will go over these charges with you before you sign it. The city of Cleveland charges a one-time fee of six dollars for each contract. Sales tax also applies to the car rentals.
Additional drivers may be added to the contract for free, but they must be listed on the contract. All drivers need to present their driver’s licenses and insurance information to the agent.

Call the police immediately to report the accident. Get as much information as possible from the other driver. Then call us as soon as possible.
The customer is responsible for any incurred charges if the keys are locked in the vehicle. If this happens during business hours, call us and an employee can unlock the car for a ten-dollar charge if you’re in town. If this occurs after-hours, you must wait until we open to let us know. The customer is financially responsible for any damage that occurs to the car while the keys are being retrieved.
Yes, please return the vehicle in the same condition it was when you picked it up. If it is not returned in the same condition, a cleaning fee will be assessed.
